The sleep test is used to assess sleep apnea findings and to diagnose sleep disorders. Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder characterized by a period of time during which the breathing stops for a while and continues again. Symptoms of sleep apnea;

Polysomnography; It is the name of the patient who is used in the diagnosis of sleep disorders such as snoring, sleep apnea, periodic leg movements during sleep and night sleep, by measuring the brain waves, eye movements, respiratory activities, oxygen percentage in the blood and muscle activity for at least 6-8 hours.

Our specialist sleep technicians come to your house at the scheduled hour. Within 15 minutes, the polysomnography device makes the connections of the electrodes ready, starts to record and leaves home. The next morning, he arrives at your house early and takes delivery of the device and the records in it.


Hair must be clean. Clean hair is important for the healthy adhesion of scalp electrodes. Do not use moisturizer after shower and do not apply spray on hair and products containing oil. Remove any nail polishes and nails.


The technician takes about 30 to 45 minutes before the study;
